I’m an ordained pastor with the Assemblies of God, a published author, an international speaker, a deliverance minister, and most importantly, I’m a follower of Jesus. Statement of Faith
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. He is the personal, transcendent, and sovereign Creator of all things.
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
We believe the Scriptures, both the Old and New Testaments, are verbally inspired of God and are the revelation of God to man, the infallible, authoritative rule of faith and conduct.
We believe that all people are, by nature, separated from God and responsible for their own sin, but that salvation, redemption, and forgiveness are freely offered to all by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and not by our own good works. When a person repents of sin and accepts Jesus Christ as personal Savior and Lord, trusting Him to save, that person is immediately born again; they are a new creation. All their sins are forgiven and that person becomes a child of God, saved to do good works, empowered by the Holy Spirit to live a godly life, and destined to spend eternity with the Lord.
We believe that the Church consists of all who put their faith in Jesus Christ. He gave His church the ordinances of Baptism and Communion. The Church exists to carry on the ministry of Jesus Christ and further advance His kingdom.
We believe that every believer can be baptized and filled with the Holy Spirit for empowerment to witness with spiritual gifts in order build the Body of Christ and bring glory to God.
We believe that God’s kingdom has come in the ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ, that it continues to come in the ministry of the Holy Spirit through the Church, and that it will be consummated in the glorious, visible, and triumphant appearing of Christ: His return to the earth as King. After Christ returns to reign, He will bring about the final defeat of Satan and all of his minions and works, the resurrection of the dead, the final judgment and eternal conscious punishment of those who rejected Christ, and the eternal blessing of those who choose to follow Christ. Finally, God will be all in all in His new heavens and new earth, recreated by His mighty power, in which righteousness dwells and in which He will forever be worshiped.
